I. GENERAL INFORMATIONS
▸ You will need to submit a portfolio to be considered for this zine. Any link format is appreciated as long as we don’t have to dig through other stuff - however, we will not notify you if your link doesn't work, as your application would automatically be disqualified.
▸ We will be using Discord as our main source of communication. If you are participating in this zine, it would be helpful for you to have a Discord account, but this is not a requirement.
▸ Works featuring Project Moon characters/universe settings are recommended but not necessary.
*About "Pinch Hitter"
▸ Pinch Hitter will be replacing any artist/writer that has to drop out of the zine. Note that Pinch Hitter will likely have less time to complete their part, but we will still make sure you get at least 4 weeks to complete it. There will be two options on the application form for potential pinch hitters. One option will be for becoming a pinch hitter regardless of whether you are accepted or rejected from this zine, and another option will be for becoming a pinch hitter only if you are rejected. If an artist/writer drops out of the zine, we will contact you directly. We will not explicitly tell you that you are a pinch hitter, just know that if you select “yes” on the application form, you could get an email from us at any time.
